Episode 3: Monolith Brick & Stone Ltd

In episode 3, we speak with Phil Gaffney, General Manager of Monolith Brick & Stone, about how having a week away from the factory helped them reset expectations and get ready for new ways of working. 

Phil explains how they first reopened with a skeleton team to fulfil existing orders, only to find they began experiencing more interest and enquiries than usual. By adding to existing safety measures, they've managed to fully open and begin operating and providing materials to the construction industry once more.
